A quick video we watched at the nutrition society meeting tonight. The National Restaurant Association (NRA) asked professional chefs and bartenders about food and drink trends for 2013 and the results are pretty interesting. The trend towards sustainable and healthy food is really taking off and hopefully it is one that stays around for a long time.
